Jon Cadieux has been an associate attorney with Smith, Steiner, Vanderpool, and Wax since February 2012. He practices employment and labor law, advocating for workers’ rights to receive equal treatment and fair pay. Before joining our firm, Mr. Cadieux operated his own solo-practice, handling civil lawsuits and criminal defense cases in both State and Federal Court.
Known around the office by his initials, “JC,” Mr. Cadieux’s results-oriented approach to advocacy uses creativity and common-sense to effectively and efficiently resolve our clients’ problems. One catches more flies with honey but sometimes the circumstances demand a swatter. Mr. Cadieux’s ability to determine where and when to use each method helps him successfully guide clients through California’s increasingly-complex legal system and achieve their litigation goals.
One of the school’s “Kennedy-scholars,” Mr. Cadieux had the honor of sharing breakfast with Justice Anthony Kennedy before attending a session of the U.S. Supreme Court.
Mr. Cadieux graduated from California Western School of Law, cum laude, in 2009. One of the school’s “Kennedy-scholars,” Mr. Cadieux had the honor of sharing breakfast with Justice Anthony Kennedy before attending a session of the U.S. Supreme Court. Welsh American Inns of Court, a member of the California State Bar, and a duly admitted attorney in the United States District Court.
